Nasons is terrific! They've installed our ductless air conditioning system and took care of converting our heating system from oil to gas. Sue in the office deserves a special shout-out (she just gets things done), and her boss, Luke ... Luke knows everything about everything. If you have a question, any question, just ask him; he knows the answer. Many of the crew have been there a long time, which helps when systems are as complex as heating and cooling. We are happy campers.

We used UG Nason's for ductless heat pump installation in our home. Overall they were excellent, quality work at a fair price. We did have a few issues with the installation and delays due to coordinating with an electrician. UG Nason's did correct the installation concerns and found a new electrician. We are very pleased!

Because of the size, modular construction, and finished basement, installation of an AC system in our home was challenging. This was compounded by the fact we did not want mini splits on our walls.
