The service rep Chris was great! Communicated fully and clearly and was very polite and enthusiastic. That encouraged us to order new units from you guys. Thank you for being so responsive in our first call. We got our estimate a few days ago and hope to get our new units installed very soon! It really makes a difference having people who communicate clearly and get back to you with information. Will refer to other people I know who will be looking for installations soon.
