UG Nasons came to our aid when our burner failed completely. It was over a holiday and UG Nasons came out and replaced the burner to get our heat back on. We also used UG Nason for ductless air conditioning. We are very satisfied with this as well. We use the heat to take the chill off a room and the air conditioning is a blessing in the summer.

Needing a timely HVAC upgrade to one of our whole house air conditioning zones, U.G. Nasons not only advised us regarding the upgrade, but their knowledge of what was available to do so effectively in a lower cost manner than other estimates was revelatory! Not interested in maximizing profits, but in creating satisfied customers. equipment was upgraded and installed all in one day for cooling in time for the recent heat wave, and later revisited to not only checkout the system’s operation but also to add in the heating portion of the system, in spite of blistering hot weather that was obviously straining their staff with critical air conditioning repairs across their service region, but well before heat would be required for the winter season. Their professionalism and focus on outstanding customer service can only be described as excellent!

Original installation by my renovation contractor was inadequate, after careful evaluation of products & requesting recommendations from gas heating system and Fujitsu Inverter system manufacturer’s UG NASONS was highly rated. They have maintained gas heating system and fine tuned the sloppy original Fujitsu install. The Fujitsu system has worked Both more efficiently and quietly for 4 years. Very satisfied with US NASONS.

Nasons installed my central AC 20 years ago. They have made several repairs in that time, mostly start capacitors. However cost to install a new AC coil in the air handler was expensive, about $1k, which is typical cost for this repair. The AC Technicians are always prompt and make repairs quickly. Repair charges are fair. Best of all, my two 20 year old AC systems have made it thru another summer season on Aquidneck Island without any issues (change the filters beginning of summer, Its easy, and you can avoid some service calls!!!).
