Carl Sakovits

Because of the size, modular construction, and finished basement, installation of an AC system in our home was challenging. This was compounded by the fact we did not want mini splits on our walls. Out of seven proposals from different companies, only Jameson Harding of UG Nasons presented a plan that we had confidence in and also met our needs. Jameson throughly evaluated our home, met with us on multiple occasions and never pressured us to reach a decision His patience, knowledge, and commitment to over seeing our installation made our choice easy. The installation crew was pleasant, conscientious, and easy to have in our home. We are thrilled with the results and fortunate to have made such a good decision.

We feel good about supporting this local small business and Jameson and the crew from UG Nasons were outstanding

Bryan Danna

We used UG Nason’s for ductless heat pump installation in our home. Overall they were excellent, quality work at a fair price. We did have a few issues with the installation and delays due to coordinating with an electrician. UG Nason’s did correct the installation concerns and found a new electrician. We are very pleased!

Susan Gabriel

Always on time , great service and honest!!

James Miller

My gas furnace failed on the coldest day of the year and it looked like it was going to get colder. UG Nason’s dispatched a tech and he was at my door no time. He quickly diagnosed my issue and got me up and running

Linda Tucker

I have used U G Nason’s for many years, both for installations and service at rental properties and our home. They are friendly, reliable, and most important, well trained and knowledgable about the heating and ac systems they work on. I highly recommend them.

Eric Bell

I have regularly used Nason’s to do all the maintenance on my rental property’s. They are very good, will help me with little things between services if I have a questions. I normally get the same guys who know the property which also helps. 10+ years as a customer and will continue.

Kimberly Sherman

My experience was entirely positive. They installed my heating/cooling system 7 years ago and the same staff checks on it and same people in office for many years. All are friendly and safe. Ive never had a second thought when asking my tenant to leave a key for them to come and check system yearly.

Shawn Intagliata

The 2 Unico installers from UG were professional and delightful to work with.

Donna Leathem

Their crew are very experienced and the owners are very honest and knowledgeable. I have used Nasons for all my properties and have always been very happy with all maintenance and installations. I highly recommend this company.

Stephen Johnson

UG Nasons provides excellent, expert end-to-end design, installation, maintenance, and repair service. Friendly and personable, give them a call! They’re the best.

Antoinette S

Nasons is terrific! They’ve installed our ductless air conditioning system and took care of converting our heating system from oil to gas. Sue in the office deserves a special shout-out (she just gets things done), and her boss, Luke … Luke knows everything about everything. If you have a question, any question, just ask him; he knows the answer. Many of the crew have been there a long time, which helps when systems are as complex as heating and cooling. We are happy campers.

UG Nasons and Luke have always been helpful to me on many projects. Their experience and professional service has always exceeded my expectations.

George R

I have dealt with the people at UG Nasons for over 15 years as an Executive Board member at Whitehall Farms Condominiums. I can vouch for their honesty and dedication to the values of great workmanship in the HVAC area. They are a local company and have the best interests in mind when they deal with customers. The office staff is excellent in their commitment to providing fair and timely results to their clients. I would have and had have no qualms in recommending them to anyone interested in receiving value for their dollars.

Ned S

We had ug nason install a new furnace and air conditioning unit.
Also had them install water heater,
Excellent service and we call them once a year to come and check the furnace and air conditioning just for yearly maintenance.
Highly recommend using them for heating and air conditioning service.

Norman R

UG Nasons has been an outstanding company to deal with over the 10+yrs from the time that we decided to install ductless systems to meet the needs of our 2 story house to our periodic check ups by their technicians. They are very attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. We recommend them without equivocation.

Norman P

Awesome installation of new air conditioning unit and heater! And the price was shockingly fantastic! Thank you Luke and the whole team!

John C

I have been with Naosn’s for a number of years, to install central healing, and also air conditioning.

The service rep Chris was great! Communicated fully and clearly and was very polite and enthusiastic. That encouraged us to order new units from you guys. Thank you for being so responsive in our first call. We got our estimate a few days ago and hope to get our new units installed very soon! It really makes a difference having people who communicate clearly and get back to you with information. Will refer to other people I know who will be looking for installations soon.

Jeff D

Red came by when we were without AC in the middle of a heat wave. He figured out what was wrong, went to the shop to get the part and we were up and running within the hour. Great response and service!

Richard S

UG Nasons came to our aid when our burner failed completely. It was over a holiday and UG Nasons came out and replaced the burner to get our heat back on. We also used UG Nason for ductless air conditioning. We are very satisfied with this as well. We use the heat to take the chill off a room and the air conditioning is a blessing in the summer.

Allan S

Needing a timely HVAC upgrade to one of our whole house air conditioning zones, U.G. Nasons not only advised us regarding the upgrade, but their knowledge of what was available to do so effectively in a lower cost manner than other estimates was revelatory! Not interested in maximizing profits, but in creating satisfied customers. equipment was upgraded and installed all in one day for cooling in time for the recent heat wave, and later revisited to not only checkout the system’s operation but also to add in the heating portion of the system, in spite of blistering hot weather that was obviously straining their staff with critical air conditioning repairs across their service region, but well before heat would be required for the winter season. Their professionalism and focus on outstanding customer service can only be described as excellent!
WE ARE DEFINITELY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!

Linda C

Original installation by my renovation contractor was inadequate, after careful evaluation of products & requesting recommendations from gas heating system and Fujitsu Inverter system manufacturer’s UG NASONS was highly rated. They have maintained gas heating system and fine tuned the sloppy original Fujitsu install. The Fujitsu system has worked Both more efficiently and quietly for 4 years. Very satisfied with US NASONS.

Peter F

Nasons installed my central AC 20 years ago. They have made several repairs in that time, mostly start capacitors. However cost to install a new AC coil in the air handler was expensive, about $1k, which is typical cost for this repair. The AC Technicians are always prompt and make repairs quickly. Repair charges are fair. Best of all, my two 20 year old AC systems have made it thru another summer season on Aquidneck Island without any issues (change the filters beginning of summer, Its easy, and you can avoid some service calls!!!).

Susan S

Had a heating/ac system installed recently. I am so pleased with the service and installation. UG Nasons is top notch!

William C

Excellent results with recommendations, installations and service. Very comfortable recommending Nasons to others.

Daniel B

Reliable and competent. They have identified and corrected several problems created by the initial installer (another company) of my HVAC systems.

U G Nason has, for decades, provided great, timely service. They are reliable, sensible and pleasant to do business with. Wish there were more like U G Nasons

Cynthia B.

I’ve had UG Nason’s service my HVAC system, which is a hybrid furnace/ hydronic / forced hot air with A/C, heat pumps and whole house humidifier, indirect hot water heater. They’re friendly and very knowledgeable about each part of the system, and I have hard well water as a complicating factor in Jamestown. Everyone I’ve had any contact with at UG Nason’s has been very professional, honest, give great service and I’d recommend them without hesitation.
